Will these crystals work for me?

Although crystals may have a description for a specific type of purpose, how you react and respond to a crystal can be unique and different. Each crystal has its own vibrational frequency, which may or may not complement or match your own frequency. Some crystals may work for you, while others may not. It’s best to experiment with more than one crystal for the same or similar purpose to see which works best. Please have a look at our crystals and see which ones call you. Tracking Shows Delivered, But I Did Not Receive My Order. Can You Reship?

If the tracking shows as delivered, and you are unable to locate your package- you will need to contact your local post office with the tracking number to initiate a claim and open an investigation. The post office can check the GPS coordinates to see where the carrier was when they scanned a package as delivered. Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address on your profile. If you didn't receive your item due to the wrong address provided, and it is returned to me, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when your package is being delivered. Package Theft is not covered by USPS shipping insurance and unfortunately, I can not replace lost or stolen orders.

Are Your Healing Crystals Ethically Sourced?

Ethical sourcing is important to me as well! I work with a local family-operated business that has been in the gem and mineral business for over 30 years. They work directly with local craftspeople and makers from the region they source from (which varies depending on the crystal) and personally travel there to maintain relationships - I partnered with him after visiting his warehouses and having a long conversation about ethical sourcing. To the best of my knowledge, my crystals are ethically sourced.

Are Your Healing Crystals All Natural / Genuine / Authentic?

Except where noted in the description, my crystals are natural, genuine, & authentic. The following exceptions apply: ⭐︎ Opalite, Aqua Obsidian, Goldstone, Blue Goldstone, Green Goldstone, Bismuth, & Zinger Balls are manmade and do not naturally occur in nature. ⭐︎ Agates (Bright Blue, Green, Pink, Purple, Aqua) Turquoise Howlite, and Blue, Pink & Parrot Green Onyx are natural stones that have been dyed. ⭐︎ Bright Yellow Polished Tumbled Citrine is heat-treated Amethyst. (I also have natural Citrine) ⭐︎ 4mm Malachite Bracelets are made from reconstituted Malachite (Malachite ground and shaped into beads with resin) ⭐︎ Aura Quartzes are genuine quartz plated with precious metal(s).

Can you photograph your current stock of ____ crystal / stone before I purchase?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of inventory we carry on most stones we are unable to offer photographs of current inventory we have on hand. Additionally, we are unable to 'hold' stock to make a selection due to the volume of orders we process on a daily basis. Our photos are representative of the current lots we have on hand, and we update our photographs when new or different stock arrives.
