These are exceedingly well-made, sturdy and attractive glasses frames, true vintage front he 1970s. They are a slightly oblong rounded square lens shape made of ombre acetate, shifting from a gold to a smoky gray. There are silver tone metal deco-esque accents at the temples. Currently, very thick and intense bifocal lenses reside within the frames from a previous owner. You’d probably want to get those removed.
Apparently Optyl manufactured all kinds of special designer glasses throughout the 70s and 80s for the likes of Givenchy, Playboy, etc. Cool! These are in excellent condition.
