Searching warehouses, I find a lot of treasures. In NYC, I found many boxes of Miriam Haskell findings from her design house, which was in business until the 1960s.

Miriam Haskell is famous for her high quality gold plated findings. It's a plating process that actually uses real gold to cover copper or silver parts in a multi layering/dipping process. The dipping recipe has been lost to time, and many have tried to replicate it but never quite have due to the secretive nature of designers.

All are considered dead stock. Actual stock, which would have been used in Miriam Haskell designs.

This listing is for one unmarked Haskell filigree

I believe the Haskell designs are two-sided. The front would have been intricately beaded with small seed beads or faux pearl. These are ready for you to design with.

The filigrees could be layered with other smaller pieces or patinaed with dyes or heat. The sky is the limit with these beautiful, historic pieces.

I am so happy to have rescued these treasures.

Lovely vine stamping with leaves and nuts/fruit.

Three finishes:
1. Brass is richly plated in Haskell gold plate.
2. Silver plated
3. Dark gunmetal (darker silvered do have small holes punched into the leaves.) They are so small I did not notice until I was photographing.
