I live in Northern BC Canada. I had no problems getting my item it the customs was a nominal fee. My husband and I are extremely pleased with our cold air return cover. The quality is excellent the metal will hold up to the wear and tear it will see in the coming years. The design is perfect I feel like I’ll have art on my floor. We can’t install it yet because the renovation is still ongoing. But here is a picture of just the floor register. I will update the photo when it is installed.
