No. We make all our pieces to order with love and care from raw materials including our clay and glazes. Please anticipate the entire wait time as we produce your piece; this can be upwards of 3-4 weeks. We can not rush production and we will do our best to deliver on time! Please note our estimates are rough guidelines we strive to achieve. If you have concerns or wants please message us. -Please do not expect communication or updates from us before the end of your assigned shipping window- -If your order needs to arrive by a certain time please include the date with your purchase note or message us directly. We will do our best to make sure it arrives within reason-

Returns and Exchanges

We want to ensure that you love our pottery! If there is an issue with craft or production we will send you a new piece. This includes cracks, chips, and shipping issues. Clay is a natural material and some pieces may have small spots which are associated with the production of the piece. These do not impact the usage of the piece and add to the handmade character of the piece! If your return is related to size, usage, or color we unfortunately can not accept these returns. We take great care to make sure each item is packaged with the greatest care. If your piece is damaged during shipping please notify us!

What if my order arrives broken?

We strive to pack pieces as securely as possible and have an excellent record of safe arrivals. Once they leave our facility with USPS, it is out of our control if damage occurs. If you receive an order that was damaged during shipping please notify us within 48 hours providing pictures of the box and the damaged piece. If it is determined the cause was due to the shipping company, the receiver may file a claim as shipping insurance if included. Parcel select does not have insurance. Needed information will be provided. The purchaser may provide the claim funds to us for a replacement of the item. **If we are not notified within the time frame, and photos are not received, we will assume your purchase arrived safely.**

We do not allow cancellations outside of extreme special circumstances. If you feel you have an extenuating circumstance please message us and we will be happy to help. All cancellations carry a $15 fee. If your order is due to shipping time-frame, our production schedule is clearly detailed and outlined. Etsy penalizes stores with high cancellation rates and slow message response times. This can result in lower search placement, monetary holds placed on our account, and review by Etsy staff. This is defined by more than 1% cancelled or lack of response in 24 hours. ** Due to these new Etsy policies, any inquiry for cancelling an order before the assigned ship date due to production times will accrue a 5$ fee **

USPS Parcel Select Ground or USPS Priority Mail

USPS Priority Mail is a high level of service provided by USPS. This service comes with tracking, insurance, and a guaranteed 2-3 day delivery. Parcel Select Ground is a cheaper and slower service which does not come with insurance. If you have purchased parcel select service and your piece is damaged in shipping we will charge postage + $2 to resend your damaged piece. Under some circumstances upwards of 30% of the original cost of the purchased items + shipping will be charged. ** Please note, purchase the lower tier of shipping service at your own risk**

Custom Work and Pieces

We are happy to manage custom work and pieces! We will do our best to reproduce and create any piece from our clay and glazes. Due to the handmade nature and character of clay we can not always promise an exact reproduction of images, sizes, and dimensions. There is an element of risk in doing any custom work; but we will strive to do our very best and you will receive the finest work our hands can produce! Please note anywhere upwards of 1-1.25" of variation is acceptable difference due to firing and production processes.
