Returns and Damaged Products

The buyer is responsible for returns. I request proof of damage and proof of return in picture form. I will not refund an order until pictures of the damage/defect are given. I do not give refunds if the patch does not me color/sizing expectations. The color is screen/monitor dependent. Please understand the measurement of an item. I give the measurements and am not responsible for if they seem smaller than the actual measurement.

shipping times/ need by dates

ship times variate in the year depending on the number of orders received. Most items are made to order. I make them when I get an order for them. If items are needed by a certain date I must be messaged before the order is made. I do not always see notes of the order until I an working on your order.

iron on backing/ no iron on backing

All of the patches I have on hand will have an iron-on backing. I can make patches without it but that will mean I making your order from scratch. If I have an item ready-made I cant pull from that stock for your order. Please message me before placing your order so I am aware of the customization.

Returned due to issufficent/ wrong address

If an order is returned to me for insufficient/ wrong address I will contact you. The buyer is responsible for paying to reship the item. I can correct shipping addresses if i am notified before the item ships

All patches have iron on backing for application
its best to heat the patch with an iron with wax paper on top of the patch.
Also iron on the back side of you fabric to secure the patch.
You may need to sew or add another adhesive. I use heat n bond and it can unpredictable.

Each patch is made to order so there can be ever so slight differences between the picture and the patch received. This design is very finicky. it may have a few errors but it will not affect the overall look

SHIPPING TIME AND ACCOMMODATIONS:
I usually ship out fast. The shipping time is just to cover my bases if I have too many orders to keep track of or life decides to get in the way. If you need the patch/es by a certain date you MUST MESSAGE ME!!! I make no exceptions to this. YOU NEED TO UPGRADE SHIPPING TO SHIP AS A PACKAGE. I am NOT responsible for missed deadlines. I am NOT responsible for USPS shipping time. Once I ship, the amount of time it takes to deliver is up to USPS's competence. All I can do is upgrade shipping. I WILL NOT KEEP TRACK OF YOUR ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. I WILL NOT TRACK ORDERS. If you notice an item comes to a stop I MIGHT be able to help.

If an item is not up to expectations or is damaged of any sort (frays, adhesive on the front of the patch, or design is deformed or not like the picture) I NEED pictures of all the patches that are being replaced or refunded. I am sorry but I will not trust word of mouth.

I request that USPS be contacted first if the item has stopped moving. all orders over $20 have insurance on them. If USPS can not locate the package I will send a new order out once confirmation that a package is lost is received.
