Can I pick up my order?

If you live in The Netherlands/Utrecht, please email us and you can pick up your item instead of paying shipping fees. We will refund you the shipping cost.

How do I know if the size is right?

We try to describe the sizes as accurate as possible, but please keep in mind that sizes nowadays can differ from sizes used back then. Please note the measurements in the description of each item for the exact size. If you want to be certain if something is going to fit you, compare the measurements listed with your own clothes.

Can I return my order?

- EU customers can return their orders. Please contact me within 14 days and return your order within 21 days. Items need to be returned it it's original condition. - Customers form outside the EU: We don't accept returns from customers outside the EU, because shipping is too expensive and takes too long. All sales are final for international orders unless something is lost in the mail.

Do you give a refund if my order is broken/mislabeled/lost in mail?

We do give refunds if something is wrong with your order or if it gets lost in mail. Please, send us a message and we will find a solution.

Shipping is quite expensive if I order multiple items. Is there a cheaper option?

(This only applies for customers outside the EU, Switzerland and Norway) If you would like to order multiple items, please send us a message with the items you would like to order. Based on the items (and their weight) we can adjust the shipping rate for you.

Can I exchange my purchase?

We don't accept exchanges, but please let me know if you have problems with your order. Maybe we could figure something out together.
