Yes! A lot of items in the shop can be personalised, and I am always more than happy to discuss your needs so please get in touch.

There are some custom/personalised prints already listed in the shop, however if you cannot see the specific item you’d like I’d be happy to create something for you.

Obviously some items, such as enamel pins, cannot be personalised or custom designed without a larger number being ordered, however other items can be purchased individually.

Each type of product is different so if you have an idea let me know and we can discuss how to make it happen!

We do wholesale! Lots of the products in the shop are available for wholesale.

We do not currently offer gift wrapping and packaging, however everything we sent out to our customers is beautifully packaged and full of colour.

Thankfully this rarely happens! If it has been longer than 20 days (UK and Europe) or 25 days (rest of the world) then please get in touch & we will endeavour to find out where your package has gotten to.

International orders under £20 are sent out UNTRACKED although we always obtain proof of postage. If your order value was over £20 we MAY be able to provide you with a tracking number depending on the service used.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct address. We will write the EXACT address on your package that is provided to us. We will not replace orders due to an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the additional postage.

We do not allow collection in person.

We are currently shipping all orders three times a week, on Monday, and Friday mornings. Items are sent using Royal Mail first class as standard.

If you upgrade your item at checkout to ‘One Day’ shipping this means that your item will still be sent the Mon,Wed,Fri after you place your order but will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day service.

Please be aware that this means that Royal Mail guarantee delivery by 1pm the day after it is shipped, not necessarily within one day of the order being placed. This depending on what day (ie if ordered on a Sunday or Bank Holiday it won’t be shipped until the next working day) or what time (ie if ordered after 10am it will be posted the next working day).

Ted & Kip are based in the UK. Any orders being shipped outside of the UK may be subject to Customs and/or Import Fees and handling charges. These custom fees and charges must be paid by the receiver.

EU orders now pay VAT via the IOSS scheme. This is automatically collected by Etsy when you place an order. If you are in an EU country and asked to pay this again by customs to receive your order please contact Etsy directly to resolve this issue.

If you are unsure if any fees will apply to your order, please check with your local customs office before purchasing so you are aware of what charges may occur.

Customs and Import fees vary from country to country, so we cannot give any specific information regarding the charges that may apply.

We gladly accept returns, please make sure that the item is returned in all it’s original packaging. If this is not possible then the item must be securely wrapped to prevent any damage.

Any damages incurred in the shipping due to items not being packed properly will mean an amount will be deducted from any monies returned.

If the return is from outside the UK please clearly mark on the package ‘RETURNED ITEM/S’ as any customs fees incurred will also be deducted from any monies returned.
