This product comes in two versions:
1 US Letter PDF file that you download and print and hand fill out that is NOT editable and
1 PDF that contains a Canva template link that you CAN edit and make your own. This is a DIY self-editing, printable product. I do not edit this file for you. However, I do offer editing services at an extra charge, please reach out if you are interested.

**Both come with 1 medication log and 1 medication tracker. You can print as many copies as you need. Your purchases will always be available to you on your "Etsy Downloads" page for future!

**HOW TO DOWNLOAD NON-EDITABLE PDF**
1. Esty will send you an email to the email address associated with your Etsy account with a link to download the PDF (or you can find the download link in your Etsy orders section on desktop)
2. Open the PDF in Acrobat Reader (download for free: www.get.adobe.com/reader)
3. Print on your home printer or at a copy shop
TIP: when printing, be sure to print "Actual size" (no scaling)

**HOW TO CREATE EDITABLE
1. Etsy will send you an email to the email address associated with your Etsy account with a link to download the PDF (or you can find the download link in your Etsy orders section on desktop)
2. Open the PDF document called "Link to Canva to Edit Medication Tracker" to access the link to edit your template on Canva
3. If you do not have a Canva account, you will need to set up a free account
4. Edit the text box fields to fit your needs. You may change colors as you see fit as well.
5. Once you have edited it, you will go to share-->download-->select file type as PDF print-->download
6. Once downloaded to your computer, you can open the PDF file in Acrobat Reader (download for free: www.get.adobe.com/reader)
7. Print on your home printer or at a copy shop
TIP: when printing, be sure to print "Actual size" no scaling

**Design size cannot be changed. These designs print on a standard US letter size paper
