REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN ONCE ROYAL MAIL CONCLUDE IT'S INVESTIGATION.

Items returned due to non collection from the post office or address issues will not be refunded. Customers wishing to have their returned items reposted are responsible for recorded delivery, reposting charges.

Faulty items items MUST be returned in UNUSED condition, in the original packaging for any refund to be made.

Please understand that we CAN'T guarantee the speed of delivery no matter what class of postage has been applied.
We are not personally responsible for delivery. We use Royal Mail and Evri in the UK & Royal Mail only in Northern Ireland.

Courier delivery timeframes.
Royal Mail require 10 full working days
Evri require 7 full working days
Working days are Mon to Fri & do not included public holidays.
Once these have elapsed, your item will be declared lost, and a replacement can be sent/Etsy's refund procedure can be started.

Non delivered items returned to us for address issues or failed delivery attempts, will not be refunded. Re postage will need to be applied at the customers expense.
Items are held for 14 days then destroyed

Etsy are responsible for keeping your personal and payment information safe and secure. Whilst address information is passed on to us within your order details, these are destroyed 14 days after delivery has occurred. Whilst in our care, you details are kept in a locked and secure location.

We happily accept, Paypal, most major Debit/credit cards, as well as Etsy gift vouchers, Klarna and a number of other safe and secure payment methods.
Etsy are responsible for keeping your payment details safe and secure. We never receive any payment details. So rest assured that we/Etsy never pass on information to other parties. This includes information such as address details etc.

Due to continued abuse of this service, we no longer offer a collections.

For security reasons, admittance will be refused by the buildings reception and security staff.

Our items are personalised & our balloons are hygiene rated. In conjunction with the Sale of goods & services laws within the UK, they are not returnable & are exempt from cancellation or refunds.

We're often asked if we offer discounts on our products. The simple answer is no. Not unless we are running a promotion. If this is applicable, you will see a discounted price attached to the appropriate items. We offer high quality products at competitive prices. Unlike many, we do actually hand make every element of our items, but we still aim t keep our prices competitive. Of course we don't mind you enquiring, but please don't be offend if we are unable to oblige.

In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged/faulty. They MUST BE RETURNED to us for inspection before you are refunded.
Any refund made, will be made minus our original postage costs and at the store owners discretion.

In the event items are returned to us due to us by Royal Mail or Evri for incorrect /incomplete address information, non collection after failed delivery attempts, or delivery issues, refunds will not be made and postage will need to be reapplied at the customers cost for redelivery. TRACKED/RECORDED postage is required for redelivery.
No refund will be made in these circumstances.

Our software prints tags and scrolls automatically from your order once it comes in. Our printers run 24/7. Changes made once printing has occurred will be charged for. This charge is currently £1.25 Please keep any & all change information within the orders message thread, DO NOT start a new thread, as the new information will not be attached to your order and may not be applied. We are not responsible for changes not made if you request outside of the order message thread. Custom orders are subject to consultation with us prior to any order being placed. This is to ensure we understand and can assist with your requirements.
