This bike holder works well and it seems sturdy. I like the minimalistic look. On the other hand, this item comes from China, so it is not something handmade by the vendor, which was a bit disappointing. I was upset that my item came wrapped in plastics, thus the 3-star rating. I had requested that it be sent plastic-free, but I was told this wasn’t possible. The only drawback of the installation is that the wooden shelf has to be attached with screws and the holes aren’t pre-drilled. One has to pre-drill the holes prior to attaching the metal piece to the wall and then attach the wooden piece to it or else there is not enough room for your hand to screw the piece to the wall.
