My product didn’t arrive in time of my event, can I get a refund?

We do not refund, exchange or cancel orders when the order does not arrive in time. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks ahead for Standard Shipping. We highly recommend adding a tracking number to your order. See time-frames below. These dates are only estimates. I provided the wrong address, can it be changed?

Ensure the correct address is provided in the order. We copy/paste the address and do not make any changes. Please double-check your address. If an incorrect address was submitted, we are only able to manually change the address while the order is still with us. Once the order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address or shipping destination. Refunds will not be provided for orders shipped to the wrong address if the incorrect address was provided to us by the customer.
