No return information at all. This item is NOTHING like I expected. It’s rough and scratchy and MUCH MUCH MUCH smaller than advertised. I am short, and overs about half of the size as pictured. This is literally child sized.

The customer was informed regarding the shop return policy which is also available on the shop's page. Unfortunately, the customer did not reply, nor send the item back to us in order to get a full refund for the sent item.
