These 9 silk fabric pieces, were hand dyed by me with natural indigo, walnut hulls, and madder roots.
The fabric is very lightweight silk gauze.
This material is very delicate, soft and sheer - transparent when flat, but it shows the naturally dyed color beautifully when it's folded or scrunched.
There are some small imperfections in the fabric and inconsistencies the depth of color.

*The medium brown piece was dyed with walnut hulls. It measures approximately 13" x 26".
*The light red piece was dyed with madder roots. It measures approximately 10"x 28".

I've done my best to accurately portray these natural colors.
Please keep in mind that each monitor will display color in its own way.
These fabrics can be used for any project to add a lightweight touch of lovely, natural color.
I recommend hand washing in cool water with mild soap and line drying in the shade to preserve the delicate luster and color of the silk.
Iron carefully with very low heat.
