DAMAGED & WRONG ITEM - Take a photo of the damaged or wrong item showing the design clearly and contact me within 30 days from delivered date. I will send you a free replacement promptly. You don't have to return the item.

Expedited shipping via UPS Ground or UPS 2-3 Business Day shipping are available for mugs and blankets. This DOES NOT expedite our production time. It only speeds up delivery time.

UPS Ground takes about 5 business days to deliver. It may take 10+ business days for a handful of customers.

I do not provide a money-back guarantee for expedited shipping if the shipping carrier fails to deliver by the estimated delivery date. Holidays, weather, limited transportation and volume of mail may affect their delivery time.

I am not responsible for lost packages if you input your address incorrectly or have moved. If you have paid using ApplePay, it is likely that it ignores your new shipping address.

I will try my best to get the wrong address changed for you. However if it is shipped, I'm sorry I can't offer much help. Please contact USPS for assistance. I do not refund or resend the item for free, if it gets returned to sender, delivered to wrong address, forwarded to a different address or disposed by USPS. If you still want your item, please reorder with the correct address.

Due to a rise in package thefts from people's mailboxes and porches, please provide a good address so your order can arrive safely.

Please verify your receipt to see if shipping address is correct. Check with family members, neighbors, management office if they are holding your package. Also check back porches, bushes, garage, mail box that may protect package from theft or weather.

Packages are many times scanned in advance as delivered. Please wait to see if the package is delivered within the next 2-4 business days. You can ask your local post office for the GPS coordinates to see if it's misdelivered.

If you still can't locate, it is likely that your item is stolen. Mail theft is a felony. Please contact USPS Postal Inspector or police to report the mail theft. I will send you a replacement when I receive a copy of your USPS mail theft claim or police report.

Canada:
UPS handles the initial shipping of our items to Canada. Once the package clears Canada Customs, Canada Post takes charge of the final leg of the journey. It is common for Canada Post to deliver to a parcel locker. You can find your Canada Post tracking number on the UPS tracking page. Just go to View Details > Shipment Details > Alternative Tracking Number.
