Q: My acrylic looks dull and scratched, what's going on?

A: It’s likely the protective film is still on! Some of our acrylics come with a thin film to prevent scratches during transit. Once you peel it off, you’ll see the smooth, shiny finish underneath. If you're unsure how to remove it, we have quick demos on our social media. Check out our Instagram @inketchuk for a step-by-step guide. Give it a try, and if you need any help, just let us know!

Q: Can I purchase sample?

A: Yes we do samples. These can usually be found at the bottom of the quantity selection menu on the listings, where the option to purchase a sample is there. Just a quick note to clarify, our samples are NON-PERSONALISED and marked with "Sample". This is to allow customers to check the size, quality and colour before placing larger orders.

Q: How long does shipping take and can I upgrade my shipping?

A: For UK orders, we use Royal Mail 24 (UNTRACKED), so your order should arrive the next working day after the 3-day dispatch time - you can upgrade to TRACKED 24 but please note, both of these are not a guaranteed next-day service so we can't refund for late arrivals For international orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked, which usually takes 5-10 working days. If you need it faster, we also offer DHL Express at checkout, which usually takes 3-5 days.
