To access your digital files, go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.

To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

There are many different places to get your frames from. The best option would be asking your local framers. Often these are amazing quality and you get that personal service too. Prices can be varied.

We use a Fulfillment Company, based in the US, to send the high quality prints.
Prints will be ready to ship in about a week, although are often sent much sooner than that.

Your prints will be shipped with a tracking number to your Etsy address (so please make sure it's correct) and will arrive in a protected, environmentally friendly triangular cardboard box.

Inside the text file, you will see the download link. Please copy and paste that link into your browser, that will bring you to my google drive where you would download the files.

The reason behind this, is because the files are too large to be downloaded directly from Etsy.

I usually recommend printing on poster paper, matte or semi-gloss!

Matte will give it a more natural feel, while semi-gloss will be more vibrant and saturated.

To open your zip file, simply right click on the file and select extract file, that should open up a new folder with your jpeg files.
