How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, feel free to send a message.

How long does it take for a package to deliver?

Typical shipping in the US takes 2-5 business days, plus 1-5 business days processing time. International shipping takes around 1-3 weeks to deliver. During public holidays, this may increase, so please allow for some leeway as delivery time varies based on your location. To fulfill orders efficiently, I collaborate with trusted printing partners located in the USA and Europe. This means your item will be crafted just for you after your purchase and shipped directly from the nearest facility to your country. What’s your return policy?

Currently I cannot accept returns or exchanges as the products are made to order. If you do have an issue with the order or you have any questions, please let me know by sending a quick message and I will work with you to resolve it. I offer a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. I will be needing some photos of the errors in order to prove that. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to me.

Do you offer refunds?

Items are not eligible for a refund unless you have received an either wrong or damaged item. If this is the case, please message me with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will work together to sort it out. Our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that refunds are not supported if you ordered the wrong size or color, if the order shipping details were incorrect or if you simply don’t like the product. Sizzlinks will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if any of this happens.

What do you mean by "Made to order"?

All my items are made to order, meaning that the items you purchase are produced especially for you, thus reducing waste. Your item is custom printed or woven on demand for you within 1-5 business days (this may vary depending on the product). By purchasing from my shop, you’re not just getting something unique, you’re also helping reduce waste and support eco-friendly practices. I pride myself on creating made-to-order products to ensure you receive the freshest designs. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Please notify me within 2 hours after the purchase is made if you need to make any changes or cancel the order. Once the order goes into production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
