Does my order come with tracking?

The Standard Shipping option includes PARTIAL tracking through Pitney Bowes. Your order would be shipped through USPS and will arrive in a small envelope with this option. With this shipping option, sometimes it provides updates, but most times it only provides delivery confirmation. To check your Pitney Bowes tracking go to this website and enter your tracking information: https://tracking.pb.com/ If you would prefer to add detailed tracking to your order, you have upgraded options available to you when purchasing and would arrive in a polymailer.

Approximately how long will it take for my order to arrive?

FREE Domestic Standard Shipping United States: 2-8 business days The FREE Standard Shipping option includes partial tracking. Your order will arrive in a standard envelope through USPS. With this option we cannot guarantee your order to arrive by a certain date. USPS Priority Mail Shipping with Tracking United States: 1-4 business days The First Class shipping option with USPS will arrive to you in a decorative poly mailer envelope with tracking. USPS Priority Mail Express Shipping with Tracking United States: 1-2 business days The First Class shipping option with USPS will arrive to you in a decorative poly mailer envelope with tracking.

How do I remove my temporary tattoo?

Removal: 1. To remove tattoo, wash generously with soap and water. Pro Tip: Baby oil or alcohol, if available, can aid in the removal of your tattoo.

What happens if my order is marked as delivered but I did not receive it?

A lot of times USPS will mark an order as delivered before actually delivering it. When this happens it usually shows up the next day or two. But at this point you should contact your local USPS and let them know what happened. USPS will be able to let you know where it was delivered to. Sometimes it is just scanned and marked delivered a day early or sometimes it was delivered to the wrong address.

What do I do if I entered in my shipping address incorrectly?

When placing your order if you entered in your shipping address incorrectly, you have up until your order ships to message us on Etsy to update your address. Once the order has shipped, I am not responsible for the shipping address being incorrect. If your order has already shipped and you realize your address is incorrect, you will have to re-place your order with your correct shipping address to receive your items.

My order is time sensitive. What shipping option should I choose at checkout?

With our free standard shipping we cannot guarantee a delivery date because it is sent through USPS in a small envelope and even though USPS and Etsy advertises this option as 2-6 business days we have noticed it can take up to 15 business days to arrive depending on USPS shipping delays and where it’s going in the US. We do offer shipping upgrades at checkout. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please keep that in mind when choosing your shipping option at checkout.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

We do not accept returns or refunds on our temporary tattoos due to health and hygiene reasons.

Mountain Line Pine Trees Temporary Tattoo

Size:
The size of this Temporary Tattoo is approximately 2 inches in length.

If you would like this design in a smaller or larger size that isn’t listed, please message me on Etsy and I would be more than happy to accommodate you.

Directions:
1. Cut excess paper around tattoo with scissors to eliminate any unnecessary adhesive on your skin after applying.
2. Peel away and discard the clear plastic layer.
3. Apply the tattoo image side to your skin and cover with a damp cloth for 20 seconds.
4. Carefully peel back paper off of your skin and allow the tattoo to dry for at least 10 seconds. Do not touch it.
5. After allowing for dry time, your tattoo should be smooth to the touch and last between 1-3 days.

Temporary Tattoo Longevity:
Once you apply the tattoo and it is fully dry, avoid anything rubbing on it and don’t get it wet. If the tattoo gets wet, it will dissolve the protective layer exposing the sticky adhesive underneath. The same thing can occur if you try to adjust the placement or peel the edge after the tattoo is already applied. If you avoid any rubbing and do not get the tattoo wet it can last between 1-3 days. Some customers have had the temporary tattoos last up to a week with listening to the proper aftercare instructions.

Custom Tattoo Inquiry:
Please message me on Etsy if you would like to customize or add to any of my listed designs OR if you have a custom tattoo design inquiry. If you add a “Note to Seller” to request customization with your order to a listed tattoo that does offer customization, I cannot guarantee your request will be granted. Pricing for custom tattoos vary.

Beautiful design, just what I needed but the tattoo was washed off within 1 shower. For the cost, that seemed like a waste of money. Tattoo was packaged carefully, was delivered quick.
