**TURNAROUND TIME**

Processing time: 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping will require additional time.

**HOW TO ORDER**

Before placing your order, please review our font and thread color charts. You can find them by swiping left on the main picture of the listing. Please be aware that thread and blanket colors may vary slightly from the pictures due to lighting and screen settings.

In the Personalization box, please include the following details:

1. Name (e.g., Emily or Emily Rose)
2. Font number (refer to the font chart)
3. Thread color (refer to the font chart)
If ordering the Hat only, provide one name for the embroidery, thread # and font #.

*If the font or thread color is not specified, we will use the most popular options.
*Enter the name exactly as you want it embroidered.
*2-3 names may be accommodated in 2 lines, depending on the font and length.
* If ordering the hat only, please include just one name for embroidery.
*The hat is 100% cotton, fits babies up to 3 months, and comes in white. If your blanket includes two names, only the first name will be embroidered on the hat. The thread color will be matched as closely as possible to the color of the blanket.

Upon request, we can provide a preview of the name.
Please note that embroidery size may vary based on the length of the name.

Please ensure that all order details, including the name for embroidery and shipping address, are accurate.

**ITEM DESCRIPTION**

Material: 100% Knit Organic Cotton
Size: 40x30 inches (100x80 cm)
Recommended for children up to 3 years old.

Our blankets offer the safest, most natural, super-soft, and breathable option for your little ones. They are dyed with non-toxic colors and adhere to safety standards, ensuring there are no small parts that could pose a choking hazard.

These baby cotton blankets serve various purposes, including as a stroller or nursery sleeping cover, baby shower gift, security blanket, car seat pad, toddler bed, play mat, nursing cover, or decorative accent in the nursery.

**CARE INSTRUCTIONS**

We recommend hand washing; however, machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold or warm water is also possible. Air drying is recommended, or you can dry on low heat. Avoid bleaching, wringing, or dry cleaning.

After the first wash, the embroidery may appear curled; a quick press with an iron on the backside will help flatten it. With proper care, the blanket will last for a long time.

**USAGE TIPS**

As the blanket is knitted, snags may occur during use. To restore the blanket's original condition:
1. Gently stretch the area around the snag to redistribute the fibers and minimize its appearance.
2. If there are any loose threads, gently tug them to the backside of the blanket and secure them with a small knot to prevent further unraveling.

**PACKAGING AND SHIPPING**

We carefully triple-check and double-pack each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to various reasons beyond our control once the package has left our facility.

**RETURN-EXCHANGE POLICY**

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

  • Returns & exchanges not accepted

The blanket is nice. But be careful to double check to see if you put the color print you want or they will pick a color for you and you will end up with brown print for a girl instead of girl colors
