If you ordered a product that comes with a mockup, you are allowed three total mockups per order at no charge. After that, mockup charges are $15 per mockup payable before production begins. Mockups are sent via Etsy messages, usually within 5 business days after purchase, so please watch for it. If you don't respond to the mockup within 24 hours, it will delay delivery of your order.

Camelsota goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. We accept returns for following reasons within 7 days of delivery: 1) the blank items themselves are materially flawed 2) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations. We make all our items per order so all our items are considered custom. Therefore, we are not able to accept returns except for the two reasons listed above so please check size chart and other product information carefully before placing your order.

The back design is the first chapter of the first English edition of the novel translated by Nathan Haskell Dole and published in 1886 in New York.

• Printed with Direct to Garment textile printer, creating soft-to-touch (i.e no layer on top of the shirt) full-color print that does not fade. Not an iron-on or heat transfer!

• Printed on super soft, ring-spun cotton blend, premium quality sweatshirt - you will love wearing it! It has cozy, brushed interior, dropped shoulder, 1x1 rib with spandex cuffs and bottom band for enhanced stretch and recovery

• Classic fit, tubular body. Sizes are in Unisex/Men’s sizing and run normal.

• Natural color sweatshirt is 8.4-ounce, 80/20 ring-spun cotton/poly (Gildan Softstyle). The Grey sweatshirt is 8-ounce, 50/50 cotton/poly (Gildan Heavy Blend).
