Knitting Pattern Bedspread/Afghan/Blanket/Throw & Cushions. Leaf Motif Squares plus lace edging

Knitting pattern, instructions to make a textured bedspread/blanket for a child's bed and matching cushions. The bedspread is made leaf motif squares joined together and the edging made separately and joined on.

Finished size: Bedspread/throw: 165 x 198 cm / 65 x 78 inches. You can make the bedspread/throw any size, by adding more of the leaf motif squares together and knitting the edging shorter or longer to fit.

Cushions: Square cushion 33 x 33 cm / 13 x 13 inches. Round cushion 35.5 cm / 14 inch diameter.
Materials required:

Aran weight yarn - approx 2500 grams
Pair 4.50 mm knitting needles. Cable needle. cushion pads.

Due to the age of the pattern, the original yarn suggested may not be available. I would recommend knitting/crocheting a tension square with your chosen yarn, before starting, to ensure the finished item is the size you require.
