Custom and personalized orders

I try to accept all custom orders when possible. No matter how long it takes, I will talk with you to come up with the perfect design for you!

All clothing in my shop should have a sizing chart within the listing photos, as well as a photo that explains how you should measure a shirt at home to find the closest fit.

All care instructions are listed within the description of my items. Be sure to read through all the information. If you have additional questions on something I did not cover, feel free to message and I will reply shortly.

What are your processing times like?

My processing times range from 1-7 days. Most orders are done within 4 days of order placement, though some may take a bit longer depending on the volume of orders.

Will large orders be shipped together?

I cannot guarantee that large orders will have all items shipped together. If for some reason they do get shipped at different times, you should expect them to arrive within a few days of each other.

What are my options if my order arrives damaged, misprinted or the wrong size?

Due to the made-to-order nature of my products, I only accept returns within 14 days of receiving your product. HOWEVER, if the damages, sizing, or wrong print was our fault, and not caused by damages from the post office, I will send you another shirt with the correct size, print, etc. PLEASE send me pictures of the issue and I will take a look. It is INCREDIBLY important that you read all information about sizing, fit type, and care instructions included in every listing to ensure you buy the right product.

How are my products made?

To ensure that you get the widest assortment of high quality products, I work with print partners worldwide. I do this to ensure that you receive your orders quicker, no matter where you live in the world. Every design in my shop is created and arranged by me on the products prior to printing.

~Product has a short production time of about 4 days (does not include weekends), and should arrive to you between 1-7 business days after production. (shipping times will vary if outside the US.)

~Due to our products being made especially for each customer after they order, we only accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item.
