USA ORDERS — STANDARD SHIPPING INCLUDES ALL CUSTOMS FEES.
A pair of Lovely detachable straps made from pleated extra soft elastic Italian tulle in ivory colour.
They can be wear in different ways.
The straps are attached to the dress with sew-on poppers, the one part is already sewed on the straps and the second part need to sew into your dress. They can be the perfect finish for your wedding dress.

The processing time is 1-2 weeks but also a rush order(NO EXTRA COST) service is available if you have less than 1-2 week time, so please do not hesitate to contact us.


* DELIVERY / SHIPPING

For orders from the UK, we use standard delivery with Royal Mail 1st class service which normally takes 1-2 working days without tracking.

For international delivery, we always use Royal Mail International Tracked service the timescale is usually 5-7 working days, but sometimes it can be a bit longer.

If you need your order as soon as possible we can send it by Special Delivery which costs a little more.

We also use other express couriers - DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD - delivery timescale is usually 1-3 working days but it's more expensive.

If you are unsure which of the colour will match your wedding dress, or to check the quality of our materials, we always advise ordering a sample first for a personal evaluation of suitability.

* RETURNS AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

- If a returned item incurs customs fees or charges upon arrival, these costs will be deducted from your refund. We recommend clearly marking the parcel as a return to avoid additional fees. Thank you for your understanding.

* REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE

-Returns and Replacements: If you happen to change your mind or are unsatisfied with our product after receiving it, we offer a return or replacement option within a 7-day period. Please be aware that the cost of return delivery is your responsibility, and it should be sent with a signed delivery confirmation.
Expedited orders are non-refundable!

-Product Condition: To facilitate a return or replacement, the product must be in its original, unused, undamaged, and unsoiled condition, with the packaging and labels intact. We cannot accept returns for products that are used, damaged, or arrive with compromised packaging.

-Product Inspection: At Marginelli, we meticulously inspect every product before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. We are unable to accept returns or replacements for products that deviate from what we originally dispatched. Please take care of the product once it's in your possession.

-Care Instructions: Our products are exclusively designed for dry cleaning. Any issues arising from different cleaning methods are not our responsibility. We strongly recommend using a professional dry cleaning service for our products.

-Alterations by Third Parties: If a third party has altered our product, it cannot be returned or replaced. We are only able to assist with products that remain in their original condition.

-Timeframe: Please note that returns or replacements are not permitted after the scheduled wedding or event date has passed.

-Proof of Purchase: To facilitate returns or replacements, you must provide a valid receipt or other proof of purchase. Unfortunately, without these documents, we cannot process your request.

-Customization: If the purchased product's materials, dimensions, or design do not align with your specific wishes or requirements, please get in touch with us. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer the option to return, replace, or make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.

-Restocking Fee: Kindly be aware that both returns and exchanges will be subject to a nominal 15% restocking fee.
