Scale and height are two different measurements that are commonly used in relation to miniatures. Scale refers to the ratio between the race's real life height and the miniature's height. Height refers to the vertical distance from the ground or feet level to the top or reference point. In our case, the reference point is eye level. How do I match the scale of your minis with the ones I already have?

Each company has its own way of measuring and calculating scale, and some may even invent scales for their miniatures just to make it difficult to match their minis. By providing the details requested below, we can ensure that our miniatures will match yours. - the race of the miniature (e.g. troll, ogre, orc, gnome, goblin, etc.) - the height of the miniature from feet to eye level, with a stance as close as possible to standing straight With this information, we will be able to provide you with the correct scale for your purchase.

Shipping is paid once per order, regardless of the number of miniatures included in the order. Furthermore, If you have several orders that haven't been shipped yet, you can ask us to combine them and refund the extra shipping fees

Will the miniature look like in the photo?

The photo you are viewing is a digital rendering. Rendering is the process of generating photorealistic images of the digital 3D model by means of a computer program. We can not manufacture the miniatures with the color seen in the renders. The models will be manufactured in light gray or dark gray resin, depending on what we have in stock.

Is assembly required?

Lost or Damaged items

Our policy for lost or damaged items is designed to offer you peace of mind and a hassle-free solution. Damaged Items: Received a damaged item? Let us know within 5 days from the delivery with photos of the damaged goods and packaging. We'll send out replacements at no extra charge.
