Yes. Every center diamond comes with a certificate from a leading diamond lab, such as GIA or IGI. Moreover, every ring comes with an appraisal that includes the side diamonds' detailed information and the inscribed number on the center diamond.

Your ring comes with an exclusive Better Diamond Box that includes:

Your ring, a ring box in the color of your choice, a matching handmade leather memory booklet engraved with your personal massage, a center diamond certificate from a leading diamond lab, and a ring appraisal.

For any reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept your return within 30 days from the original shipping date, no questions asked.
However, we do not accept returns on custom orders or engraved rings.
We pay for the cost of return shipping for customers within the USA. We will provide you with a pre-paid, insured return shipping label and instructions on how to prepare your return.

It is essential to enclose all the original packaging and accompanying items with your return. Items must be in their original purchased condition, including; the item returned, the ring box, leather booklet, diamond certificate (to avoid a certificate replacement charge of $120), and ring appraisal.
An item returned without The Better Diamonds unique box, and accompanying items will be charged $500.
For security reasons, please avoid writing anything on the outer packaging that could be used to identify its contents.

Returns will be shipped to Malca Amit via FedEx with a shipping label provided by us. Malca Amit, a leading diamond shipping company, will inspect the returned item. All unboxing is done under the recorded video. Our diamonds are laser inscribed with an identifier number which will be used to verify the returned diamond's authenticity.

- We offer our US customers one complimentary resizing within one year of their original purchase.
- We will provide free insured shipping both ways. Once you determine the current finger size, send us an email to hello@thebetterdiamonds.com. Please make sure to include the original order number, the size you would like the ring to, and the address to which you would like us to ship your ring.
- Most resizing will be done within 3-5 business days.
- If your ring is engraved, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the engraving during the resizing process.

NON-RESIZABLE ITEMS:
Few milgrain, ornated bands, or diamond eternity bands cannot be resized, so please make sure to order the correct ring size when placing your order.

Cleaning: Soak your ring in warm water mixed with a mild soap. Gently scrub the diamond and setting with an extra soft toothbrush, rinse with warm water.

Protection: Protect your ring from impact against hard surfaces. Although not common, diamonds can chip if hit with strong force. Please remove your ring when cleaning or using harsh chemicals.

Storage: Between wearing, we suggest that you place your ring back in its Better Diamond ring box.
