I am over the moon about these. They are so well made, and so COMFORTABLE. I can almost never wear shoes like this because they're always too narrow, but Julia Bo makes a wide option. *swooon* The leather is beautiful, and just the right balance between pliable for comfort, and firm to last and keep it's shape. The insoles are even comfortable. As someone who sometimes needs orthotics, I'd say the firmness of the leather is supportive, but the instep is nearly flat. I think these will form to feet over time and retain firmness, but if you need a high instep, you'll need an insert. I will definitely order from Julia Bo again. This is my second order. My first I had to return because they were too small and narrow. The return was so easy, and the company was very responsive, and really takes care of their customers.

My only complaint would be that the shoes were a little small. I wear US 7 so I was in between sizes. Since they are leather, they are already getting bigger and hurting my feet less so I think I’ll be fine.
