Can candles be returned after lighting?

Due to the nature of the product candles can not be returned, I have made every effort to explain clearly in the description box and photos of what you should expect in terms of wax type, wick, color, scent, size, type of herbs & crystals that have been added. Please be sure you are 100% interested in the item before purchasing.

The first time you light the candle, allow it to burn until the liquid wax covers the entire top of the candle. This breaking in process insures that it will perform better and more evenly throughout the life of the candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep wicks trimmed 1/4 inch. If you notice a large flame or mushroom during burning, blow out the candle and simply trim the wick back to 1/4 inch before re-lighting. Please be sure to place burning candle on a heat resistant surface. Never move a candle while hot or burning. Blow out the candle if jar becomes excessively hot. Keep out of reach of children.

Damaged Items During Shipping

We are unable to reimburse for damage that occurs during shipping. We make every effort to securely wrap our products in protective layers and place them in sturdy boxes to make sure they get to you in perfect condition. Red fragile labels are also attached to all packages. If damage does occur it is your responsibility to file a claim with the post office: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm All orders include insurance up to $100. If you receive something damaged, please hang on to the original package and the damaged item until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office for inspection

Tanzanite Vibz, LLC is not responsible for shipments left in a hot mailbox or porch, subsequently being exposed to high temperatures for any period of time. As a result, refunds and / or replacements will not be issued. During periods of hot weather, please be sure to ship to an address where you will be available for delivery. Most of my products CAN withstand the heat without a problem, but do remember to check for mail daily to be sure to pick up your package the day it is delivered.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. All shipments are made to the address you list during checkout, my shop is not liable for incorrect addresses, even if you email after checkout we do not always receive the message. I will ALWAYS do my best to change the address but can not guarantee it. Once a package has been delivered to the shipping company it is no longer in my control. A beautiful set of 4 vintage crystal wine glasses by Schott Zwiesel, in the Contour Platinum pattern, circa 1980's.

These glasses would definitely add a touch retro to your barware collection.

They have an elegant platinum band that surrounds the bowl with a multifaceted wafer stem.

They're in wonderful vintage condition, minor blemishing no chips or cracks and measure approximately 6 1/4 "H x 3 1/4" W.
