This is a gorgeous piece that was expertly crafted and whose shipping was top notch. But there were “hair in the eye” problems: It looked incomplete as to the upper wood portion and in the packaging was a small packet of moss for adding to the piece. No explanation for the packet and zero instructions for using the moss. For what I paid, I’d have expected both. So, I’m leaving this rating for customer service as a two. Also, I wish my recommendation of the product could be asterisked because some folks may want to play with the loose moss. I didn’t. So for those of you who want the artisan to do all the work ~ you’ll need to specify that BEFORE you invest.

I always take care of my customers, new or old or whatever the issue may be. Next time take the time to contact me instead of leaving a review because this doesn't help you. Mustafa
