PLEASE READ:
- PROCESSING TIME: Good models take time. We are a small family shop and always try to process your orders quickly. If there are many orders, we will close the shop for a short time and process your orders. But we don't want to compromise on quality. We therefore promise a processing time of up to 4 weeks.
- SHIPPING: We cannot change the shipping costs and also the shipping time. This should not be included in the rating. The shipping companies are external companies over which we have no influence.
- RESIN: All models are made from liquid resin. The color is grey. Even if the pictures show painted or computer-edited pictures. In exceptional cases, certain parts are printed in other colors (glass, for example, isolated). This is usually described separately.
- SUPPORTS: The supports will be removed. However, there are always minimal supports that are left on the model and can be removed later without much effort. We're talking about model building ;)
- INDIVIDUAL PARTS: In many cases, the models consist of several parts, which can be glued together with special glue. So assembly is almost always required. This sometimes also means that parts have to be processed. It is still - exactly - model building ;) Parts can be hollowed.
If you agree to that, nothing should stand in the way of it. If there is a problem, just contact us and write to us. We are only human and can make mistakes.
