- As most of our products are customized/personalized to meet our customer's requests, we do request that you check the spellings thoroughly when typing it in the personalization box. - We always send you a draft prior to customizing your items, so please be sure to check your Etsy messages, as that is our main channel of communication. - Once you have verified the draft, we will begin your order, and look forward to hearing your reviews on them!

- In all of our listings, we have listed the sizes of various products. Sometimes, pictures can be deceiving. Please do read the descriptions carefully, where we outline the materials, sizes and various other information about the product listed. - If you have any questions at all about the product, please do not hesitate to send us a message. Shipping and Production

- As items are custom made, they do take time to design, verify, pack and ship. Please know that we are super excited to get your item to you and will do our best to get it processed as soon as possible. - If you need your items rushed, please send us a message and let us know. We will do our level best to get it to you faster. Unfortunately, once it has been shipped, it is out of our hands, but we can definitely hope it gets there fast! - Depending on the location/carrier, items may take between 2 and 14 days to arrive. We will send you a tracking number for most items, though smaller items may not receive one.

- Unfortunately, items may sometimes end up lost after being shipped. If that is the case, please do contact us as soon as possible and we will try to rectify the situation right away. - For items that may have been damaged in transit, we do ask that you send us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving it. We will send you another right away, at no cost to you.

Care Instructions:

🍂 Please do not put the trays in the dishwasher as this may warp the wood.

🍂 After each use, gently clean the tray with warm water, some dish soap and a soft sponge. Air dry.

🍂 Do not immerse in water.

Please Note: Due to the natural variances in wood such as colour, grain, knots, pinholes and streaks, boards may vary slightly from that shown in the image. Engravings may be lighter or darker in different areas. Some trays may engrave a darker shade than others, depending on the inner wood grain.
