Please note we have three different styles of our therapy bags! The 2023 new design is compartmentalized into two section so the rice does not slide from one side or the other and does tend to be more firm. This style would be used for more for the back, or neck!

Standard Therapy Pack is non compartmentalized allowing the rice to shift into smaller areas! Works great for the eyes and neck or knee pain.

Washable Therapy Packs; this style is sectioned out within the inner pack. This Therapy pack has an outer machine washable cover!

**Hot Therapy:
Deliver hot warm moist heat to stiff necks, arthritic joints, migraines, menstrual cramps, pulled or tight muscles.

Directions: Microwave on high for 1 min, flip, reheat for an additional 1 min.

**Cold Therapy:
Deliver cold relief to sore and tight muscles, headaches and even bug bites without messy melting ice to even the youngest user.

Directions: Place in freezer for at least 1 hour in zip lock bag.

Lavender:
