How do I download my files?

Files will be available for download immediately after your purchase. You will automatically receive a link to download your files with all 4 size ratios. To download them, you need a computer and use a web browser like Chrome, Firefox, Mircrosoft Edge or Safari for Mac. You can't download files via Etsy app on mobile or tablet. You can also access your downloads anytime by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews. If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. Please DM me if you couldn't find or download your prints. I will send them directly to your email.

How can I print my images?

You can get them printed online through providers such as Vistaprint, Staples, CVS, Snapbox, Snapfish, Walmart, etc. If you have a printer at home, that's even easier. For best results, a heavyweight matte paper or card stock is recommended. For a clean cut, please use a paper trimmer or an x-acto blade.

How do I determine which size would suit my need?

Rest assured that each purchase will come with a size chart that would help you choose the correct size to print. If you need more help, feel free to contact me. You will receive files in 4 size ratios automatically after your purchase (all size are in inches): - 2:3 ratio - 4x6 | 6x9 | 8x12 | 10x15 | 12x18 | 16x24 - 3:4 ratio - 6x8 | 9x12 | 12x16 | 15x20 | 18x24 - 4:5 ratio - Inches: 4x5 | 8x10 | 12x15 | 16x20 - ISO (International Standard Size) - A6 | A5 | A4 | A3 | A2

I want to print in 5x7 in or 11x14 in but I can't I find them in the size chart.

You can use ISO ratio to print at 5x7 inches and 4x5 to print at 11x14. Or you can simply message me and I will create a custom size for you in no time, at no charge ;)

Which paper should I choose to print?

You could use cardstock paper or ultra thick paper. Personally, my favorite type is thick cardstock paper with a matte finish for the illustration artworks. Depends on your desired outcome, you may choose your own preferences.

I need a custom size that is not listed. What should I do?

Please reach out to me before your purchase to check for custom size availability. Most artworks can be adapted to custom sizes and I can enhance the quality if you need an oversized wall art.

I can't print JPEG file at Walgreens. What should I do?

Please contact me if you are printing at Walgreens and can't upload the JPEG files. I will send you PNG files to print right away.
