LISTING DETAILS:

This listing is for one custom tumbler of your choice (lid, and in some cases based on what the top is like, a straw may be included as well. I have attached a picture of the lids, if you prefer a specific style please let me know and I will include that. If you do not request one I will choose). You may choose one that I have shown or if you would like something slightly different you may opt to change the colors. Please select from the color charts and let me know IN THE PERSONALIZATION SECTION upon payment. Should you have any questions about the colors/styles shown please let me know and I will gladly email you more pictures if you are uncertain which colors/styles you would like. I absolutely love new vision and will try my absolutely hardest to encompass the vision you imagine. If you need my help with font/glitter/vinyl choices, I am happy to assist with that as well. I love being creative!! Glitter makes me so happy and if you feel the same, I’m sure you will love showing off your beautiful new sparkly tumbler.

MATERIALS:

Your cold drinks will be kept cold and your hot drinks will be kept hot for ~8 hours. Also rest assured the sparkles will not come off on your hands! Weight is approximately 1 pound or less depending on the size of the cup. Please see the pull down menu for the different sizes that I offer. These stainless steel tumblers are made with colorful glitter or inks applied by hand. These are the cup sizes and not the fillable number of ounces which I have learned are two separate things. If you would like dimensions for cup holders etc. please let me know. Each tumbler is carefully coated with layers of FDA compliant epoxy that gives the tumblers the perfect shine!

PERSONALIZATION:

You also have the option to personalize your tumbler free of charge. If the tumbler requires heavy personalization (an image as well as personalization), there may be an up-charge as the materials are an additional cost. If this is the case, please message me for a quote so we can discuss it.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Please note these specific instructions:
1. Tumblers should be hand washed with cool water only, lid is dishwasher safe
2. Do not soak in water
3. Do not microwave or freeze
4. Do not leave in a hot car
5. Epoxied tumblers should be treated like glass
*With my own tumblers, I simply hand wash in cold-luke warm water.

TURNAROUND TIME AND LOGISTICS:

My turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. The longer processing time is due to the curing time of the multiple coats of epoxy. In some cases I may be able to process these quicker but I want to be honest about expectations especially around the holidays so order ahead if possible. If turn-around time may take longer I will let you know before I start your order to confirm your tumbler will arrive in time for your occasion. Please message me should you be concerned that this will not reach you by a certain date to know if this is doable. I will work with you as best as I can to ensure you have it in time! Due to the nature and safety for us and our customers, ALL TUMBLER SALES ARE FINAL! Cancellations MUST be completed the SAME DAY as the order. I work hard to get tumblers out as fast as possible in most cases starting the tumbler within a day or two. If there was an error made on our behalf, the tumbler must be returned and inspected, this also must be done within 24 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for scratched, dropped or mishandling of your tumbler.

MY DISCLAIMER IS THIS:

I am a person and not a machine, there may be a stray glitter out of place from time to time as I am not as perfect as I wish I could be HOWEVER, I am a perfectionist and really try my hardest to ensure 100% satisfaction. I hold this art to the highest regard :) I would also like to note that I am very communicative, however I do work full time and at times (but not often) may not be able to respond for a few hours.
