How do I download my digital product?

Etsy should send an email with a link to your downloads after your payment clears. This link will take you back to etsy and to a page where you can download the files! Alternatively, you can stay on Etsy while the payment clears and access your purchase in this way: 1) Click on your profile in the top right of any etsy page, it will open a dropdown menu. 2) Click on 'purchases and reviews'. 3) On the right-hand column next to the purchase it will say "Ready to Download". Then click on the 'Download Files' button :)

How do I open a zip folder?

After downloading, right click on the folder and click 'extract all'. Then you choose where you want the files (on the desktop, in a special folder, etc.) and that's all!

How do I customize a purchase?

After extracting the files from the zip folder, you can import/upload them into a number of different programs such as: -Cricut -Silhouette (Basic and/or Designer) -Sure Cuts a lot -Inkscape -Adobe Products (Illustrator, photoshop, etc.) -Glowforge From there you can add text and/or change colors depending on your creative vision!!

I have an issue with a file.

I create every design as an SVG with multiple layers. I then convert them into the most common file types and test them in Cricut, Silhouette, and Inkscape for quality. I do not sell any product that I have not tested in each of those programs. However, it is possible that due to different versions of software, a file may upload with some distorted dimensions. In this case, please write me about the problem and we will find a solution!

Do you do custom orders or personalization?

I can do personalization (i.e. your child's name on a monogram, special fonts, unique background, modified size of specific part of a product, etc.) for an additional fee. It should always be discussed briefly via message :) Just be in touch! If you have an idea for a totally new design, send me a message! We might be able to make it work :)

I prefer a "filled" base layer as opposed to the outline layer...

Steps to converting outline to filled layer in Cricut: 1) Ungroup everything. 2) Click on the outline (usually black) that you want filled. 3) In the lower right of Cricut Design Space, click on 'contour' 4) In the lower right of the window that pops-up, click 'hide all contours' Now you have a solid and filled base layer :)
