Custom and personalized orders

All of our products are handmade made to order in our studio. We are trying to do our best to publish for all occasions. If none of them suit you please contact us for any occasions you need.

We post our ingredients & descriptions on our pictures as much as we can. Please see the pictures before you contact us. If you have any other questions do not hesitate to contact us.

Our shipping process is 1-3 business days. On the weekend we do not ship any packages. After placing your order on Wednesday we will send it on Friday if we have it in our stock. Otherwise we will send it on Monday

All of our products are custom made. Please contact me if you have any issues with any of your orders. There are no returns or refunds issued for wholesale orders, all sales are final and cannot be returned.

Custom and personalized orders

Once we have shipped the package we will have no power to control carrier service. USPS can be 2 to 3 days behind depending on availabilities in your area. If your package was shipped out via priority mail it is automatically insured up to $99 and you can claim at the USPS website or your local post office.

We are not responsible for the re-shipping fee if you provided us with the wrong address information. If it is our mistake we will re-ship free

We only ship out beautiful, healthy plants. Please open your box as soon as possible. If you receive your package and are not satisfied, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Custom and personalized orders

Please be aware that not every plant is the same, there are variations in shape and color and slight imperfections. However, we do the best we can to handpick each one to best represent the picture shown in each listing.

1. Make Sure Your Succulents Get Enough Light. Make sure to use indirect sunlight and gently transfer them out little by little if desired. 2. Rotate Succulents Frequently 3. Water According to the Season 4. Water the Soil Directly. Only water the plants when the soil is completely dry. It will usually take 1- 3 weeks for the soil to completely dry.
