Why did I only receive part of my order?

Items are shipped as they become printed and packaged. Also, some items are printed by different printing partners and so they are shipped from different location. If there are multiple items being shipped at different times or locations, a tracking number will be added for each of these item.

Do you offer gift messages with an order?

Unfortunately, we do not. We will add the tracking number to the order once it's ready to ship.

Why are orders not shipped until 3-7 days after ordering?

Our prices are kept low by keeping our inventory low. Items are not printed on until an order is placed. It's then printed and shipped specifically for that customer. In most cases the items are printed and shipped within 2-4 business days, but there are situations that require the entire production time.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Generally, we do not. Within the USA expedited shipping shortens the shipping time by about one day. The current expedited cost is oftentimes more than the items cost, which makes it unreasonable to offer. Expedited shipping outside of the USA is currently, extremely expensive. Sometimes 4-5 times the cost of the item. This will greatly shorten the shipping time but is still not worth offering. If you are in need of expedited shipping and would like to know more, please message me BEFORE ordering to discuss the cost and approximately how many days shipping will take.
