Medallions are not meant for every day wear so please handle with care. Avoid excessive moisture, humidity, acidic fluids and oils. Use a soft microfiber cloth if needed.

Are the seals made with the proper metals?

Currently all of our medallions are Brass plated by default. Brass is a decent substitute for the specific metals involved for ritual purposes, and experienced occultists have worked with our medallions (including ourselves!) and found them to be up to snuff when performing a Goetic evocation. That being said we can also offer copper, gold, and silver plated options for spirits with those corresponding ranks. At this time we do not offer anything in Lead, Mercury, Iron or Tin.

Custom and personalized orders

We currently are not accepting custom orders at this time, but feel free to message us with ideas you would like to see in the future.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes! All orders are through USPS and tracking is available immediately after the order has been processed. We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged goods when the packages leave us. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure your address is correct and to pick up packages if they are held at the post office. You may need to pay for postage again if you want your package redelivered. Packages/Items returned damage will require full price payment to ship out again. Contact Etsy Support if your package has not arrived after 8 weeks, they may be able to assist in a refund.

An item is out of stock, when will it be restocked?

While we try to keep some of our most popular items in stock, it is not always guaranteed as we are constantly working on new projects. Most of what we have created are left over from Kickstarter projects so some items may be limited edition. You can always sign up for our newsletter to be informed on the latest projects and restocks.

Do you do consecrations?

Yes! But we are no longer able to do it via Etsy's platform. So if you are looking for your items to be consecrated you can find us elsewhere.

International Shipping

ATTENTION: We will no longer be shipping to Germany or other countries within the EU. We have had too many packages get lost or returned to us and new laws that are enforced will make it harder for our small business to ship. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience. We may however resume shipping in the future depending on circumstances. Please note that other countries may be added to prevent delivery issues.
