You will love the way this tan alpaca hat feels on your head. Because of the way the cables are knit into it, it's a comfortable snug fit without being tight. Not only that, all the fiber in it is natural (alpaca and sheep) so it actually seems to breathe. If you have only worn synthetic wool, you are going to be amazed and happy about just how great the real thing feels.

Without stretching, it's 14 inches / 36!centimeters around the ribbed bottom, and 9 inches / 23 centimeters tall. My head is 22 inches around and it feels great on me, completely covering my ears.

The brown yarn is the natural color of the sheep and alpacas. No dyes here.

Washing instructions are simple. Soak in warm water and soap (I like Dawn) for about half an hour. Squeeze gently. Soak in warm water to rinse. Natural fibers won't felt/shrink if you are gentle and avoid extreme temperature changes. Never go from hot to cold.
