Our estimated production time is 2-3 business days, estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. Delivery time is estimated and is not guaranteed once USPS has the item.

We can only change the order (size, color, quantity etc.) if the item has not yet gone to print. Please send your change request ASAP through Etsy messages.

Changing the shipping address

We can only change the address if the shipping label has not yet been created. If an item is returned to us by USPS for being undeliverable based on the shipping address provided, you the buyer are responsible for reshipment charges, so please double check that your ship-to address is correct.

Packages Lost, Stolen, Delayed, Marked as Delivered

We are not responsible for stolen, delayed or any lost items. We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders that show tracking as being DELIVERED if the zip code matches the shipping address. Please contact your local post office with tracking number and ask for a GPS scan that shows where package was delivered.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

Due to the nature of the product being custom printed just for you, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or is not the size you ordered. We do not accept cancellations.
