What is your return policy?

We currently don’t offer returns and exchanges as our products are made as ordered, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please message us and we will work with you to best resolve any issues! Forced returns/ declined packages (see FAQs in announcements above) are subject to this policy. Cancellations can be made within 4 hours from the time the order is placed.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Cancellations can be made 4 hours from when order is placed. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing guides listed in the product pictures. If you need to make a change and there is no cost difference between what you want and what you ordered, send us a message as soon as possible and we will make every attempt to update your order before production.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us ASAP with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

How is my order made?

Most of our apparel items are printed using a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. For example, t-shirts are laid flat and a big printer prints the design directly onto the fabric. DTG inks are eco-friendly and water-based. Send us a message if you have a question about how a particular item is made.
