Do you offer custom made orders?

Most of my items have a personalised jewellery card option. This gives you the option to write your own message. When ordering simply choose the personalised card option and then either fill out the personalisation section when ordering or add a note with your order. We can offer custom made pieces, please message us with your queries/requirements and we can see if this is doable.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer a range of different length necklaces and bracelets. So there is something to fit everyone. If your size isn't available please message us to discuss. If you are unsure about what length bracelet or necklace you need then there should be a size guide showing on the listing. If you are still unsure just message us.

Do you offer wholesale?

If you would like to buy in bulk or require more than the item availability showing on the shop then please message me to discuss discounted pricing.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Your item will come in either a resealable clear jewellery bag or jewellery box, it will be clearly stated in the listing which the item will come with. Message me if you are unsure or have difficulty reading the advert.

What type of Sterling Silver is used?

We use 925 Sterling Silver, this made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metal. The reason for this type of silver is because pure silver is often too soft to be used in craft jewellery, so makers use 925 Sterling Silver because it is stronger by adding in the other metal (7.5%).

Where do you source your jewellery supplies?

All 925 Sterling Silver products are used with Lila Grace jewellery, we purchase from two well established UK based companys.

How to keep my Sterling Silver jewellery clean?

Chemicals and salt can increase risk of tarnishing sterling silver, when not being worn we advise keeping it out of direct sunlight, ideally put it in a jewellery box or bag. It is always best to avoid getting any perfumes, lotions, cleaning products directly on the jewellery. You can buy special cleaning polish for silver jewellery. Alternatively you can use washing up liquid (ammonia free) and warm water. If you are trying to clean an older piece of jewellery that is tarnished you can use baking soda with warm water.

Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)

On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers (including Etsy shops) selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap). I generally will dispatch items the next business day after your order has come in, Etsy will notify you when your order has been dispatched, Etsy will estimate a delivery date from that. This is estimated and during busy periods this date given will not always be correct. UK buyers, if your item hasn't arrived within 10 business days please contact me. This is the maximum time the delivery provider allow for your item to reach you. International Buyers, if your item hasn't arrived within 25 working days please contact me. Normal timescales should be 5-10 business days but this can vary. Your item won't be classed as lost by our delivery provider until 25 working days, only after that date can I do anything.
