5 out of 5 starsMy mom loves her gramophone! The only thing was that shipping caused some nicks on the corners of the record player and some bends on the horn. Also wasn't able to find the needle so I had to buy that separate. Overall great, FedEx just blows.

When I wanted to return the item for a refund, the seller said I had to pay for the shipping at my expense, the shipping is $180 and the item was less than $400.
