Do you ship to outside of the US?

Yes! I can definitely ship outside of the US but you must send me a message so I can set up a custom listing for your with custom shipping profile.

What if the shipping carrier delays my order?

Orders are shipped from our Sparkle Studio in Denver, CO within 1-3 business days. Once the item ships, it is entirely out of our control and in the hands of the shipping carrier. If you have a strict deadline, please communicate with us so we can expedite your order if need be. Additional shipping upgrades might need to be purchased at checkout to speed up the delivery. We also offer UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air which we can send you the link to purchase via Etsy Messages. We will NOT issue refunds for delayed packages. We provide multiple shipping upgrade options to help ensure on-time orders. We will only GUARANTEE delivery dates if your deadline is communicated with us and have chosen a shipping option that suits your deadline.

What is my package is lost/stolen/delayed?

Festive Gal is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. If you cannot find a package marked as "delivered" we suggest checking with your neighbors and following up with your local post office or the shipping carrier. Sometimes weird things happen like it was delivered one house over, or it's still on the shipping truck, etc.

Can I pay extra to expedite my order?

Orders are shipped from our Glitter Studio in Denver, CO within 1-3 business days after you purchase. If you need something in under 10 business days, I would suggest upgrading to Priority Mail or upgrading further to UPS Ground or UPS 2-Day Ground. Send me a message if you need to upgrade.

I accidentally ordered with the wrong address/shipping info. Can you update it?

If you order with an incorrect mailing address, please let me know ASAP. We try to accommodate all address changes, but sometimes we do not see messages asking for an address change. If you do not hear from us confirming your address change, please follow up again. We will not be held responsible for packages being mailed to incorrect addresses that were inputted at checkout.

Help! My package arrived damaged!

Sometimes USPS is really rough with packages and they arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 3 business days of delivery and provide a photo of the damage. We will gladly mail you a replacement because THAT is a total bummer.

Help! I have missing items in my order!

We rarely make mistakes, but we are human and mistakes do happen occasionally. If there's an issue with your order such as damages or missing items, please let us know within 3 business days of delivery so we can try and make things right.

This stunning graduation stole is made from woven serape fabric cut from authentic Mexican Satillo zerape blankets. The edges are finished with hot pink thread and the ends of the sash are decorated with an elegant rayon fringe. This sash is completely hand made in Denver, CO with high attention to detail and craftsmanship. Personalize your stole with the year, your school name, major and /or a phrase of your choice adhered in vinyl to make it unique and special.

Specs:
• This listing is for a BLACK colored stole. The "color" of the sash is based off of the sash's largest color block.
• Serape Fabric will have some variation in the colors of the stripe patterns. We cannot guarantee that you'll receive the exact stripe patterns you see. If you have a specific stripe color request, we may be able to accommodate before ordering depending on what we have in stock at the time.
• Choose between a block or script font for the text.
• Choose your text color - white or gold vinyl.
