1. Place your order - Choose the options that suits you best:

2. Send me all of your favorite photos in Etsy message - click "Message Diane" or "Contact" & click the Upload Icon. Three images per message allowed, unlimited messages. “SoulCreationEtsy [!at] gmail dot com” also available.
! Please send me the best quality images you have – original files, not screenshots. I need to see as much as possible details - not blurry images, poor lightning conditions, too close nor too far, awkward angles…
This will guarantee you outstanding results :)
3. I’ll will evaluate the images, contact you ASAP, discuss Your Art Project details and guide you all the way to the finished product.
4. You will receive your final proof in approx. 1-3 days for Photo Print/Collage and 5-7 days for Custom Portrait Artworks - depends from the queue at the current moment.
5. If necessary – we will work together till you are 100% satisfied with the end result. Please note we’ll need additional time for each edit.
6. Please Double check the recipient address and send me a valid cell phone.
7. Until I have your final approval, I will NOT print nor ship your Custom Yoga Mat.

After I have your final proof approval, to produce your personalized yoga Mat will take me around 3 business days plus 4-5 additional days for the shipment in the US.
Rest of the world – few additional days for the shipment, also your local post office may hold your parcel and you may be required to pay local taxes.
Print preparation, production and shipping times may vary, especially during Holidays.
Being a small family shop, we don’t print ourselves – we are partners with the best USA Printing companies.
