When is the earliest I can receive the ring?

All jewelry is made to order, standard delivery takes 2–4 weeks, takes 3–6 days shipping; rush production and shipping upgrades are available for faster receipt. You can receive the ring in as soon as approximately 22 days within the United States.

Can I choose the larger size of the ring?

Yes, we offer larger ring sizes. An additional fee may apply depending on the ring size and metal type, as more material is required. Please check our Larger Size Service listing for specific pricing and details.

Do you offer engraving service?

Engraving is available, limited to 20 characters including spaces and symbols.

Do you offer payment plan?

Flexible weekly/monthly installments available. -Min initial deposit: $100. Full balance due within 6 months -Production begins at 50% payment. Shipment upon complete payment Message us to arrange your plan.

What is your cancellation policy?

-Order cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase will not incur any fees. -Cancellation requests submitted after the 24-hour window will be subject to a material loss and processing fee. For silver rings, a fee equal to 30% of the total ring price will be deducted. For gold rings, a $100 fee will be deducted per ring. -Rings featuring lab-grown diamond or natural diamond as the main stone cannot be canceled once production has been confirmed and the crafting process has begun.

What is your return policy?

We hope you adore your jewelry! If you have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to assist you. -Standard non-custom pieces: Return shipments must be sent out within 30 days after delivery. For silver rings, a material loss and processing fee equal to 30% of the total ring price will be deducted from the refund. For gold rings, a $100 material loss and processing fee will be deducted per ring. These fees apply to all non-quality related returns. -Final sale (no returns accepted): Custom rings, engraved pieces, full eternity rings, resized or adjusted wedding bands, and rings featuring lab-grown diamond or natural diamond as the center stone.

Do you offer a warranty for your jewelry?

We want you to enjoy your jewelry for years to come. If you experience any issues with your piece, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. We offer a warranty for manufacturing-related issues, including loose or missing stones caused by craftsmanship defects. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any concerns with your jewelry so we can evaluate the issue and provide the best solution. For missing stones caused by impact, improper care, or normal wear over time, repair costs may apply. We recommend handling your jewelry with care and having it checked regularly to maintain its beauty and condition.

Do you offer ring resizing services?

If your ring does not fit properly, we are happy to offer a resizing service. The resizing fee will vary depending on the size adjustment required. Please note that full eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design. We kindly recommend confirming your ring size carefully before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.

Changing the shape of the stone: Please contact me if you would like a customized main stone shape.

Large size: we can make it larger than 9 US. but we need to charge extra cost $30 each ring.
