Customization and alteration of design as well as engraving in order to give your jewelry more uniqueness is mostly welcome! I will be happy to add engraving (for a fee) to your jewelry if possible. Please look for the Engraving listing. Please notice Custom made designs or jewelry with engraving are non-refundable. I will be glad to assist you in designing the jewelry of your dreams. I put a lot of efforts in the design process of a custom made jewel. You can send me a picture or sketch of what you have in mind which I will turn into a 3D render. After your confirmation, I start the production of the real jewelry. Such a process can take up to a few weeks, so please take it in mind when you start such a process with us

Should you pay for shipping?

No, I Offer Free Shipping Worldwide!! I ship with DHL & Fedex which makes the shipment very secure. The delivery time usually takes 2-4 business days to the USA , about 3-5 business days to Europe, and about 5-7 business days to other parts of the world. An adult signature is be required at the time of delivery; high-value packages ship with full insurance, tracking, and an adult (21+) signature required upon delivery. I will need your phone number to secure delivery. For all shipping methods,a valid number is mandatory (so they will be able to contact you in order to deliver the jewelry if you are not available or should reschedule delivery)

The payments can be made via PayPal, Credit Card, bank transfers (take into consideration those can take a few days) and other payment options, available at checkout. Installments: Payment Plans are also available to please contact me if you would like to set up a layaway plan.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! In an effort to make your purchase as easy as possible on your wallet we will do our best to assist you. I will be happy to extend a layaway option for customers that wish to pay in installments. Please contact me if you would like to set up a layaway plan. All layaway orders are subject to the following: • A non-refundable deposit of 35% • The customer is obligated to track payment progress • Full payment is required before jewelry production can begin • Full payment is required before items are shipped • All items purchased through this program are considered final sale • Plans showing no payment progress within 3 months are subject to forfeit and items will be taken off hold.

Do I offer a warranty on our jewelry items?

Yes, we do! I offer 90 days warranty on each item in our shop. I can tell you from our experience that we are helping our customers even beyond those 90 days. With ILANIS Bridal & Fine Jewelry, you can shop with full confidence. When you buy a jewelry design from me you can be sure that there is always someone that will be glad to assist and help you 24/7. Customer service is something that is very important to me. Please note that maintenance, repair, sizing or other services performed by someone other than myself, will void your manufacturer warranty.

What is a lab created (lab grown) diamond?

There are 2 kinds of LAB GROWN DIAMONDS. CVD lab grown diamonds and HP lab grown diamonds. The difference between the CVD and HP Lab Grown Diamond is the CVD Lab grown diamond will react to a diamond detector pen and the HP Lab Grown Diamond will not. Lab created CVD diamonds are technically exactly the same as natural diamonds. The chemical compound of CVD lab created diamonds is completely identical to the chemical compound of natural diamonds. The only difference between the two is that natural diamonds are mined from the earth and CVD lab created diamonds are created in lab conditions, by mimicking natural processes. I offer both CVD IGI certified lab created diamonds and 100% conflict free natural diamonds.

CVD lab grown diamonds are made of carbon and grown in lab-controlled conditions, much like flowers in a greenhouse. As they are grown from a pre-existing earth-mined diamond seed they are as real and beautiful as those mined from the earth with one big difference: they are ethically sourced. CVD Lab grown diamonds are eco-friendly, conflict-free and do not contribute to earth mining, ocean dredging or habitat destruction.

As CVD lab-grown diamonds and earth-mined diamonds are both composed of carbon, they display the same chemical, physical and optical characteristics, and therefore exhibit the same fire, scintillation, and sparkle. Exactly like earth-mined diamonds, CVD lab-grown diamonds will vary in shape, size, color, clarity, and cut – making each diamond exquisitely unique. Just like an earth-mined diamond, a CVD lab-grown diamond’s price and value is dependent on its 4 C’s (Cut, Color, Clarity and Carat size).

We provide a professional International Certificate of Authenticity with every jewel.
This report includes a full description of the jewel (stating the quality of the materials, grades etc.) including its picture and the retail replacement value for the insurance company.
You will get it together with the jewelry piece inside the package.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
International Customs Fees and Taxes for Non- U.S Buyers.
According to our past experience, there are customs fees to be paid for jewelry being shipped to other countries beside the USA.
The responsibility for customs and taxes is on the buyer. It's important to be aware of this tax so you won't be 'surprised' later on when the jewelry arrives. The amount of the fees is something we have no control over. Please contact your local customs department for more information regarding custom fees and additional charges.
There is a customer responsibility to clear all import related fees; refusal of paying those will result in a non-refundable return shipment.
Customers who ordered jewelry from our shop and refused to release it from the local customs office will not receive a refund even if the jewelry will be shipped back. This is due to the production, shipping and insurance costs of the items.
