What is your return policy?

Return for refund within 14 days. THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON RETURNS If you are not satisfied with your item(s). You may return the order for a full refund, minus shipping fees. Item(s) must be in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item purchased is our fault (ex. wrong item). Shipping costs are deducted if a refund or return brings the purchase below the $35 minimum for free shipping. Refunds will not be given for invalid mailing information such as address and forwarding address errors or for lost packages.
