PLEASE NOTE: Once you have ordered your custom suit, we will send you an email with a detailed guide of the measurements required with clear instructions on how to measure them. To avoid delays in dispatch we do require your measurements returned within 24 hours of payment, Until we have received these we cannot start with your order.

All measurements must be done with care whilst wearing a shirt to ensure we can provide the best possible fit for you, we will do our best to catch any obvious errors. Any accessories shown in pictures are not included.

Once the measurements have been received and sent to our Tailors we are unable to cancel or refund any order. If in the highly unlikely circumstance of damaged goods or incorrect measurements from our side (exceeding a 2cm hand made allowance) then we will be happy of course to discuss the options available. Please always contact us if there are any queries or concerns, we will go above and beyond to resolve.

We will do our best to have the suit delivered as quickly as possible and always aim to beat our delivery time, but due to the nature of the product and the time and care taken in the creation of your suit (crafted from scratch ), then this can only be done so quickly - we will provide updates along the way.

I ordered this suit on March 7th for my fiance to wear at our wedding (May 1st.) Ben assured me that, if we ordered it that week and got his measurements in right away that we would have it mid-April. Well, it just came in yesterday (April 15) and we couldn't be more pleased!!! I gave one less star for shipping because it came balled up in plastic, bag-like packaging, so was thoroughly wrinkled when we received it. But FH hung it up as soon as he got it in the AM, and it looked like it needed some ironing by the time I got home mid-day. Customer service was great from the get-go! There were only one or two instances when I didn't hear back from Ben immediately, and those were due to bad reception during a weekend away and another with his kiddos under the weather. You do have to ask for updates, though if you want them. A+++!
