Does my order come with a cranial helmet?

No. The Happy Helmet does not provide a cranial band. Please check with your pediatrician to get a referral for a cranial assessment.

Can I do a custom design?

Let's discuss! I do not provide any trademark decals (such as sport logos, Disney, etc.), but I'd be happy to chat about your ideas to see what we can come up with together. Feel free to message the shop.

Do I need to seal my decals once applied?

Yes. To ensure your decals stay secure to the helmet, you will want to add 1-3 layers of Mod Podge (or as needed).

Can I change the design once the decals have been applied?

Yes. The nice thing about both the vinyl decals and Mod Podge is they can be temporary if you want them to be! If applied and sealed properly, they will hold up the duration of your child's helmet journey. Or, you can easily scrape the Mod Podge off with your fingernails and peel the vinyl decals off. This will not damage the helmet. It's a fun way to swap out designs!

Can I request the design to come in different colors?

Absolutely! I would love to help you personalize the design to your liking. Just send me a message and let's discuss your color preference.

Can these decals be applied to a non-Doc Band helmet?

Yes! Send me a message prior to placing your order to discuss the details of your helmet so I know if the design needs to be adjusted to accommodate any differences in the helmet or leave a note in the comments section at checkout.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Your order will ship within 3-5 business days of when you place the order. If you need it sooner, please let me know. All orders are shipped through USPS and you have the option to select Ground Advantage or Priority at the time of check out. Once the order is shipped, I do not have control over any USPS delays.
